How do I connect WhatsApp?
Open Channels, choose WhatsApp, and follow the connection wizard. You'll link your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official API — once verified, incoming messages land in your shared inbox automatically.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts on a free trial — no card required. You can test the inbox, the AI assistant, and channel connections before you pick a plan.
Can I add my team?
Absolutely. Invite teammates by email and assign them a role — admin or agent. Conversations can be routed between members, and the history stays shared and in sync.
How does the AI assistant work?
The AI reads the context of each conversation, qualifies leads, suggests ready-to-send replies, and surfaces next steps. You're always in control of sending — accept, edit, or dismiss any suggestion.
Which channels are supported?
BiviCRM unifies WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Email, SMS, and Telegram in one inbox. We add new channels regularly — the ones still in the works are marked "Coming soon".
How is billing calculated?
Billing is based on your chosen plan and usage — active contacts and connected users. Every invoice is visible under Billing, and plan limits are shown up front, with no hidden surprises.
