Data Deletion

BiVi CRM (bivicrm.io), operated by S.R.L. PERFORMANCE CRM, is a customer relationship management platform. This page explains how to request deletion of your data.

1. Delete everything — your account and workspace

Send a request to info@bivicrm.io from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

We may ask you to confirm the request from the registered address before acting on it. This is the only check we make, and it exists so that nobody else can delete your workspace.

2. Delete the data from one connected channel

If you only want to remove data obtained through a connected WhatsApp Business account, Facebook Page or Instagram account, you can do this yourself at any time:

Sign in to BiVi CRM at bivicrm.io.
Go to Settings → Channels and open the channel you want to remove.
For WhatsApp, choose Delete permanently on the number. For Instagram and Messenger, choose Remove on the account or Page.

This unsubscribes the channel at Meta and deletes everything received through it — messages, media, contact records, profile information and stored access tokens — within 30 days. Other channels in the same workspace are unaffected.

Disconnect is a different action: it pauses a WhatsApp number without releasing or deleting anything. Use Delete permanently when your intent is erasure.

3. Remove app access from Facebook

Open your Facebook account: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
Find BiVi CRM and click Remove.
When prompted, select the option to delete all activity associated with the app.

Facebook notifies us, which automatically starts our deletion process for the data received through that connection.

4. What we delete

Account and profile information.
All messages, conversations and media obtained through connected channels.
Contact records and CRM data in your workspace.
Access tokens for connected Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google accounts.
Analytics data associated with your workspace.

Deletion is completed within 30 days. Copies held in rolling backups are purged within 90 days, after which nothing is recoverable.

5. What we may retain

Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you or your customers, and records we are legally required to keep — in particular invoices and accounting documents, retained for 5 years under Moldovan tax law.

6. If you are a contact of a business using BiVi CRM

If you messaged a business that uses BiVi CRM and want your data deleted, that business is the controller of your data and decides what happens to it. Please contact them directly. If you cannot reach them, write to info@bivicrm.io and we will forward your request and assist them in responding.
